In the market for a change of scenery?

We're building a creatively-driven crack team of interactive specialists who want to be responsible for the biggest and smartest ideas out there. Whether you're looking for freelance or serious full-time - the same rules apply. (Actually if you're looking for something REALLY serious, you're prolly on the wrong site).

The rules:

1. “If you're brilliant and passionate (and humble enough to think otherwise) inquire within” We expect you to have an unhealthy level of digital knowledge. In other words, if you don't know your Laser Tag from your Tag Clouds you can move on right about... Now.
   
   
2. You're entrepreneurial and a "go-getter" (although you'd never use that term, ever).
   
   
3. We're always looking for brilliant people. But brilliance without passion is - what's the word - oh right...boring. If you're brilliant and passionate (and humble enough to think otherwise) inquire within. Of course if you don't think you're either, you might actually be neither. In that case you really can't work here or whatever.
   
   
4. If you'd like to work with POKE don't assume that you're going to see a want ad on the website. Send us a mail. A link to your blog, portfolio or something you've done is quite often much more useful than a resume.
   
   
5. You're looking for a new pasture with great clients, a top team and a hunger to do stuff that can only be described as 'next level shit'.

Why would you want to work at POKE?

“We're a creative company at heart and we specialize in digital things” It's a really good place to work. There's lots of really good people here to learn from and spar with.

If you want us to get excited about you, be excited. We do work quite hard quite often, but we're (mostly) doing the things that we love. Plus it's the kind of place where you can actually get things done. If you've got big ideas (as long as they're good ideas) we'll try to find a way to make them happen.

In spite of all that you will get paid.

You're too expensive. And some of you are really horrible too. We do work with a couple of recruiters, but they are the ones we've grown to like. Not cold-calling, peep-poaching, lying, cheating thugs.

There are probably ways to make us your friends. But if you were any good you'd have figured them out by now, anyway.
